Can I personalize my service package? 

Absolutely. While most guests prefer our seamless, all-inclusive curation, you may integrate your own accommodation if already secured. However, to maintain the integrity and quality of our service standards, Flamingo maintains a minimum investment of $1,500 USD per guest for curated event production.

What is included in the Flamingo Signature Experience? 

Our Signature Experience is designed to be the ultimate turnkey solution. It encompasses luxury accommodation, a full private yacht charter, and round-trip private transfers. On the service side, it includes our elite culinary team (private chef), premium open bar, dedicated concierge service, and daily housekeeping. We do not compromise on these essentials as they are the foundation of a flawless event.

Do you assist with international travel? 

We specialize in on-the-ground excellence in South America. While we do not book international flights from hubs like London or New York, we handle all domestic logistics, luxury transfers, and regional flights within Brazil and Colombia to ensure your transition between destinations is seamless.

Which destinations do you cover? 

We curate events in South America's most sought-after locations. In Brazil, this includes Rio de Janeiro, Florianópolis, Búzios, Trancoso, Angra dos Reis, and Balneário Camboriú, along with exclusive retreats like Capitólio and São Miguel dos Milagres. We have also expanded our expertise to the historic elegance of Cartagena, Colombia. Our local teams are strategically positioned to provide on-site expertise in each of these regions.

Do you organize events beyond bachelorette parties, such as family retreats or birthdays?

 Absolutely. While Flamingo is a leader in the art of the bachelorette, our signature curation extends to all of life’s major milestones. We expertly design bespoke family retreats, anniversary trips, and high-end private celebrations. Whether it’s a multi-generational holiday in Trancoso or a sophisticated birthday gathering in Rio, we apply the same "white-glove" standard to ensure every guest, from children to seniors, enjoys a flawless experience.

What is your privacy policy regarding photos? 

Privacy is a pillar of luxury. While we appreciate clients who share their memories, your privacy is strictly protected by contract. We only document and share moments from your celebration if explicitly authorized by you.

Do I need to speak Portuguese or Spanish?

 Not at all. Your dedicated Flamingo Concierge is fluent in English and serves as your primary point of contact. We bridge the gap by managing all communication with local staff on your behalf. All logistics, from transportation to dining, are pre-coordinated by us, so you never have to worry about giving directions to a driver or translating requests. You simply relax, and we ensure the execution is flawless. 

How far in advance should we book? 

Because we curate exclusive properties and private charters that are in high demand, we strongly recommend securing your reservation 4 to 6 months in advance. For peak dates (such as New Year’s Eve, Carnival, or holidays), planning 9 to 12 months ahead is essential to guarantee availability of our premier estates.
